اثنا عشر برميل متفجر - قصف مدفعي وصاروخي عنيف - اشتباكات بين الجيش الحر وقوات النظام - تحليق للطيران الحربي والمروحي وطيران الاستطلاع - عام وأكثر من الحصار وفقدان لجميع مقومات الحياة.

• الوضع الميداني:
لليوم السابع على التوالي تستمر قوات النظام بتصعيدها العسكري ضد مدينة داريا، حيث قام الطيران المروحي صباحاً بإلقاء برميلين متفجرين نتج عنهما دمار هائل في الأحياء السكنية، ثم قام الطيران المروحي لاحقاً بإلقاء عشر براميل متفجرة أصغر حجماً على دفعتين في كل دفعة خمس براميل على الجبهة الغربية من المدينة. كما تعرضّت المدينة لقصف بالمدفعية الثقيلة وبراجمات الصواريخ من ثكنات الفرقة الرابعة على جبال المعضمية ومن الفوج 100 حرس جمهوري بجديدة الفضل ومن الحواجز المنتشرة في محيط المدينة بالتزامن مع اشتباكات عنيفة شرق المدينة وعمليات كر وفر بين الجيش الحر وقوات النظام التي استخدمت قذائف الدبابات والرشاشات الثقيلة بشكل كثيف.

• الوضع الانساني والمعيشي:
وضع كارثي يعيشه السكان المحاصرين داخل داريا بعد عام وأكثر من الحصار, حيث يفتقد الأهالي جميع احتياجاتهم الإنسانية والغذائية والطبية, علما أنه ما يزال أكثر من 6000 مدني بينهم 600 طفل منهم 50 طفل حديث الولادة محاصرين داخل داريا ويفتقدون لا بسط مقومات الحياة.
حيث يعيش معظمهم على ما تنبته الارض من حشائش وخضار علما انه اتلف الكثير من المحاصيل جراء موجة الصقيع التي تمر بها البلاد. ليزداد وضع المحاصرين صعوبة ويشكل تهديد مخيف للموت جوعاً وحتى برداً عدا عن الموت بالقصف اليومي واخرها البراميل المتفجرة.

12 barrels of explosives dropped on city; violent rocket and artillery shelling; fierce fighting; helicopter, warplane and reconnaissance overflights; more than one year of siege has left all life necessities scarce
*** Recent developments on the ground***
For a seventh consecutive day, regime forces have continued their escalation in Daraya. this morning, regime helicopters dropped two explosive barrels on residential areas causing massive damage. Later on, 10 smaller-size explosive barrels were dropped in two batches of 5 on the western area.
The city was also the target of heavy artillery and rocket launcher shelling fired from Fourth Division Mountains, Regiment 100 Republican Guards, and checkpoints near the city. Meanwhile, violent fighting and hit-and-run operations broke out on the eastern front between FSA and pro-regime fighters who were using heavy machineguns and tanks incisively.
***Humanitarian and living conditions***
The besieged people of Daraya have been suffering for over a year amidst a total lack of humanitarian, medical and food supplies. Over 6,000 civilians including 600 children and 50 new born babies are living inside the siege. The people have been surviving on whatever vegetables or herbs they can get. Unfortunately, large proportions of crops have been damaged by the current wave of frost. As a result, the siege is becoming ever more life-threatening due to hunger, cold and daily shelling including explosive barrels.
