اشتباكات بالأسلحة الخفيفة على بعض الجبهات - قصف متقطع بالمدفعية الثقيلة - استمرار المعاناة الانسانية وحاجة ماسة لجميع مقومات الحياة.

- الوضع الميداني:
يوم أخر من تساقط الثلوج والأمطار الغزيرة على المدينة ساد خلاله هدوء عام تخلله قصف مدفعي متقطع استهدف الاحياء السكنية غرب المدينة مصدره جبال الفرقة الرابعة والدبابات المتمركزة على طريق جديدة - صحنايا الواقع غرب المدينة، واشتابكات بالأسلحة الخفيفة على بعض الجبهات وعمليات قنص متبادلة.

- الوضع الانساني والمعيشي:
تزيد المعاناة الانسانية يوماً بعد يوم وخاصة في هذه الأيام بما تحمله من طقس حاد وبرد شديد نتيجة لنفاد المواد الغذائية بشكل كامل وشح المواد والأدوية الطبية وانعدام المحروقات وانقطاع كافة الخدمات من كهرباء واتصالات وماء صالح للشرب للشهر الثاني عشر على التوالي.
ويعيش أكثر من 6600 مدني على ما تبقى من كميات قليلة من الأرز وما تنبته الأرض من خيرات، مع احتياجات ماسة للحليب الأطفال ومشتقات الحليب حيث يقدر عدد الأطفال في المدينة بـ600 طفل بينهم 50 طفل حديث الولادة خلال عام الحصار.

Small-arm skirmishes on some fronts; intermittent heavy artillery shelling; humanitarian suffering continues amid dire need for all life necessities
*** Recent developments on the ground***
Snow and heavy rain continued to fall on the city of Daraya today.
The city of Daraya was generally quiet today except for intermittent artillery shelling targeting the residential neighbourhoods in the western area. The shelling originated from the Fourth Division Mountains as well as tanks located along Jedaidat Sahnaya Road. Some combat fronts witnessed small-arm skirmishes and sniper operations.
***Humanitarian and living conditions***
The people of Daraya continue to suffer under the siege due to absolute lack of food, medical and fuel supplies with the approaching winter. Meanwhile, the city has been without power, communications or drinking water for 12 consecutive months.
More than 6,600 civilians are surviving on little rice and some local produce. There is a dire need for baby milk and dairy products. The city is still home to around 600 children including 50 young children born during the siege.
